All items that are in stock and available to ship will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours of the order date. This processing time-frame does not include weekends or Canadian holidays.

IMPORT TAXES / DUTIES
All international orders may be subject to import fees, duties, taxes, levies or other customs/brokerage charges. These charges are assessed to you by your government or customs authority and are the responsibility of the importer (you) to pay. These charges are not included in the price of our products or the shipping cost you paid.
REFUSED DELIVERIES
Orders that are refused on delivery will not be eligible for a refund unless the package is received by us. The original shipping charges will not be refunded and a 15% administration fee will be deducted from the refund amount. International orders can take an extensive amount of time to be returned to us, if at all. We do not guarantee that we will receive your order if it is refused on delivery. If you would like to return an order to us, please accept the package and open a return request.
Additionally, orders that are shipped via Spring that are refused on delivery will not be eligible for a refund as these couriers will not return the package to us.

Can I cancel my order?
We are unable to guarantee an order cancellation once processing has begun. You can reach out to us via email and we'll do our best to accommodate your cancellation request if possible.
Where do you ship orders from?
We are located in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
Do you offer free shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping to international locations.
