Order Processing
All items that are in stock and available to ship will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours of the order date. This processing time-frame does not include weekends or Canadian holidays.
Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping (10 to 25 Business Days)
Express Shipping (2 to 5 Business Days)
Import Taxes & Customs
All international orders may be subject to import fees, duties, taxes, levies or other customs/brokerage charges. These charges are assessed to you by your government or customs authority and are the responsibility of the importer (you) to pay. These charges are not included in the price of our products or the shipping cost you paid.
Refused Deliveries
Orders that are refused on delivery will not be eligible for a refund unless the package is received by us. The original shipping charges will not be refunded and a 15% administration fee will be deducted from the refund amount. International orders can take an extensive amount of time to be returned to us, if at all. We do not guarantee that we will receive your order if it is refused on delivery. If you would like to return an order to us, please accept the package and open a return request.
Additionally, orders that are shipped via PostNL or APC that are refused on delivery will not be eligible for a refund as these couriers will not return the package to us.
Region Exclusive Shipping Updates
Regarding Customs Processing for orders to Brazil
If you are a Brazilian resident and have selected APC as the shipping method, you may not be able to pay your country's customs/import fees with the tracking number provided by APC. To find the local "final mile" tracking number for your order, go to https://www.apc-pli.com/ and enter your tracking number. If you have adblock, ensure it is disabled as it is known to cause issues with viewing APC's tracking pages. Additionally, the final mile tracking number will only be available once the package has been forwarded to your country. If you don't see it at first, keep checking back every couple days. We cannot receive returns from APC, so packages that are refused or returned due to customs not being paid will not be refunded.
